How to Whiten Teeth With Baking Soda? - cleaning teeth with baking soda

How to brighten your teeth with baking soda?

My teeth are yellow. I brush my teeth twice daily, morning and before bed. I have yellow teeth after brushing. I also had bleeding when brushing.

How to brush your teeth with baking soda? What program? How do I add water and lemon or lime?

The bleeding is usually a sign of gum disease. In most cases, is a sign of a so-called gingivitis, which means inflammation of the gums.
If gingivitis is not treated, it can be a serious condition as periodontal disease. Periodonatal disease is a bacterial infection that can damage the gums and mouth tissue. If left untreated, can cause teeth to fall.
Most people experience some form of gum disease in their lives. This is primarily the result of Western diets that are high in sugar. Sugary foods stimulates the growth of bacteria (plaque) on teeth, causing gum disease.
Cleaning the teeth regularly, keep sugary foods, at least, and visit your dentist regularly can help to lower the risk of severe periodontitis.

Go ask your dentist for some antibiotics

Looks like you have gum disease and dental treatment are necessary. Teeth whitening a slice of lemon rubbed on the teeth, but it very often, because it is bad for the tooth enamel.
Teeth with baking soda is good, but still needs a dental examination and cleaning, and if the money is a problem in clinical dental universities in major cities for a small fee, but clean is long. In Orillia, Ontario, I pay $ 25 to clean my teeth into one of these clinics.
