I wake up every morning with a stuffy nose, sneezing, and red skin around my nose, what is this? - nose stuffy every morning

What has happened since I was young. It will disappear after a few hours, but every morning when I wake up. At one point I thought it was allergies, but never had an allergic reaction at any other time during the day, except during the first hours after waking.

The skin around the nose is red and scaly, as long as I experience other symptoms, however, and clarifies a few hours and return to normal pigmentation of the skin.

I went to several doctors, but only received the nasal spray, I have for months without result.
