Sorry, Could Not Be Initialized How Vtables And Vpointers Work In C++?

How vtables and vpointers work in c++? - sorry, could not be initialized

Can someone explain how vtable vPoint and work in C + + in detail. VPoint is a static member? Why? (Why can not be static? (If not static))
When you initialize the vtable? run (during compilation / time?)
What do you call the method with the vtable method to solve?

PS Sorry if this is a question of Techincal Yahoo Answers.
